Spiritual Coffee: Don`t have Sugarcoated lips!

Half truth, sugarcoated preaching is like poison to the body of Christ! Look at it like this. A person with sugar diabetes, has to watch their blood sugar intake. To much sugar can do severe damage to their body, to the point of loss of limbs and even death.

This is what sugarcoated preaching, in error does to the body of Christ! It tastes sweet and delicious going down, but as more and more of this false doctrine is swallowed, it slowly deteriorates the body of Christ!

Instead of healthy churches; we now have sick churches! Amputated parts of the body of Christ, cut off from one another and the head ( Christ). Wounded blood vessels, were the blood (Blood of Jesus)once flowed freely, now can not (Holy Spirit); due to the over load of sugarcoated messages, that have wreaked havoc on the body of Christ.

Paul warns against this in these verses found in 2 Timothy 2:16-17 which states,"16 But shun profane and idle babblings, for they will increase to more ungodliness. 17 And their message will spread like cancer. Hymenaeus and Philetus are of this sort,"

Desire the truth of the gospel in its entirety! Refuse to be a partaker, of the sugarcoated morsels of spiritual death! Choose only to dine on the pure message of the gospel, that brings life to your bones!

Jesus is the only way through which we are saved. (John 14:6)
It is a gift from God, full of His grace and mercy.(Romans 6:23)
Christ shed His blood to redeem us from sin and death!(Matthew 26:28)
And most important there is only one God, whose name is Jesus! (Romans 14:11)
