Growing in Christ: don't be mislead

God is love, and those who do not love, do NOT know God! 

I recently watch a television show of a young couple who were deceived by a man calling himself a phophet of God. This man would quote scripture from memory easily! He knew the word of God back to front ! But he was missing one thing, LOVE! God's word tells us if we do not love, we do not know Him!

He end up almost destroying this couples' life! He molested their children, and the wife!
He would beat the entire family daily!
He would have them in his control by fear, that they were sinning against God!

How di people get deceived like this?
By not knowing God truly ! The bible said this..
John3:17
For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

If anyone is trying to put condemnation on you! Man made rules, of eat this , wear this, to be loved by God!

They are not of God! They do not know God! Run for your life, unless you be deceived ! God did not come to condemn the world, but to save it! 

Christ is a God of love, He gently calls us into a relationship with Him! Not through fear and a "to do list!" BUT His love is enough to cover a multitude of Sin! His love is enough to bring us into repentantence! For God loved us so much, that He died for us! Christ shed His blood that you and I may Live!

Get a relationship with God for yourself! Don't allow the enemy to come in and deceive you! Know God and know what TRUE LOVE is about!

God is Love!
1 John 4:8
He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
